We went looking for "treasure" with a playful heart! We played with time and the question, "what time are you on"? What objects in our homes are treasures for us? What intangible treasures do we hold in our bodies and spirits?

Move and Exform!

SIS met for the third month in a row online since the beginning of sheltering in place because of Covid-19 Pandemic. Yet we moved, exformed, and exercised our creative birthright!

 

We were excited to welcome guest facilitator and certified InterPlay leader Xanne Sarka to guest facilitate. ​Countries represented were China, Argentina, India, Turkey, Korea, Philippines, and the United States.

Welcome Spring!

Sustaining International Sisters: InterPlay Atlanta. We did it! In this time of physical distancing, SIS met, InterPlayed, and stayed together for 2.5 hours establishing a warm group body.

Present online were women from Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Jamaica, Pakistan, Israel, Italy, Turkey, Philippines, and Argentina as well as American women from Atlanta, Seattle and Boston.

Happy International Women's Day!

Celebrating International Women’s Day! More than 20 women from 10 different countries came together for 2 hours of InterPlay and a feast of international dishes at our potluck afterwards.

Represented countries were Colombia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Guinea, China, Mexico, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Pakistan, and the United States.

Women from around the world came together for an evening of connection, learning, and inspiration in the home of a Turkish SISter, Guldane, in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA.

 

After feasting on delicious international foods, SISters engaged in 90 minutes of InterPlay telling stories about 2019 and whatever else came up as they paired with different partners, moved, spoke in made up languages and relaxed.

Happy 1st Birthday to InterPlay Atlanta’s Sustaining International Sisters (SIS). Nearly 35 women from Turkey, Colombia, Brazil, UK, Italy, Bulgaria, China, South Korea, Brazil and the United States came together to learn from and inspire one another on this first year anniversary of SIS.

In July 2019 SIS gathering participants were invited to bring and share their creative work. After 90 minutes of InterPlay exploring the topic of creativity and what we want to say "YES" to, during our potluck we deepened our connections through show and tell.

 

We had 28 women come together. Countries represented were China, South Korea, Turkey, UK, and the United Sates.

InterPlay Atlanta's Sustaining International Sisters met together on Saturday, May 18th, 2019, to break the fast with their Turkish Muslim sisters. More than 30 women from Pakistan, Israel, Canada, Libya, China, Brazil, Spain, Ecuador, Turkey, Iraq and the United States came together at one of the Turkish SIS InterPlayer's home in Alpharetta, Georgia.
